The house sleeps 8 people in 2 doubles & 2 twins (which can be made to doubles), and has lovely sea views from its open family room/dining room.

The huge garden with summerhouse and decking looks out over the beautiful Whitsand Bay. There are various patios and terraces for alfresco dining, and a BBQ and outdoor seating is provided.

Surroundings

Portwrinkle is a seaside hamlet approximately half a mile from Crafthole village on beautiful Whitsand Bay in South East Cornwall.

There are stunning sandy beaches along the coastline and there are two slips and a small harbour in Portwrinkle, making it an ideal location for water pursuits. Well established sailing clubs are located at St Germans and Torpoint.

The South West Way coastpath is within a short walk of the house, as is the 18 hole golf course at the prestigious Whitsand Bay Hotel.

Torpoint  is the closest town approx 15 mins by car. A lovely small town which has day to day shopping facilities, including supermarkets, banks and a post office, plus a selection of restaurants and pubs. From Torpoint you can take a 15 minute car ferry to the historical town of Plymouth which has fabulous shops, and restaurants, the famous Theatre Royal which offers many of the London Shows on Tour. The highly acclaimed Aquarium which is the deepest in Europe.

The twin villages of Kingsand/Cawsand and the delightful Mount Edgcumbe Country Park are a short drive away. Portwrinkle is ideally situated to explore South East Cornwall and beyond: along this spectacular coastline you will find quaint villages and things to do for all ages.

The House

Well equipped to the standard of all Legend Holidays properties, the living room has digital TV, video/DVD and a portable music system.

The kitchen is excellently equipped with double oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.

The separate utility room has washing machine, tumble dryer and large freezer.

Bedroom 1 has an en suite shower room.

One of the twin rooms is situated on the ground floor for easy access and has a bathroom adjacent.

The family bathroom has a Bath with shower.
